If your voice is not getting heard, please check your device’s Microphone setting as below.
The Instanumber voicemails are played through your device’s speaker or headset. Please check the volume settings. On iPhone, please check that your phone is not set to silent as well.
Payments for the coins are made using the Apple’s standard In-App Purchase system.
The coins appear immediately to your account upon payments. If you saw the purchase success message but do not see it reflected on the balance, please contact us using the email link on the bottom of this page.
If you want to temporarily turn off notification for a specific number, tap on the number, and then tap on the number preferences button on the top right. On the “Preferences” page, configure “Incoming Calls” and “Text Notifications” settings as needed.
There can be cases of caller ID feature not working if the calls are routed through the cellular network. In such case, please check and turn off the cellular network routing as below.
