Quick start
- Tap an add-on, then tap Download.
- In the share menu, choose Minecraft.
- Minecraft opens and imports it for you.
- Turn it on under Resource Packs or Behavior Packs in your world settings.
- Tap an add-on, then tap the download button.
- Minecraft opens and imports it. If a share menu appears, choose Minecraft.
- Turn it on under Resource Packs or Behavior Packs in your world settings.
Make sure Minecraft is updated to the latest version. Worlds (.mcworld) open in Minecraft with the add-on already applied.
Common questions
“Duplicate pack detected” error
An older version of the add-on is still installed. To fix it:
- In Minecraft, go to Settings › Storage and delete the old version.
- Close Minecraft completely.
- Install the add-on again.
Why do I see ads before some downloads?
Many add-ons are made by independent creators. Some of them ask that you watch a short ad before downloading, so they can keep making add-ons. We show these ads to respect their request.
How can I list my world or add-on?
Thank you! Email your add-on as a .zip file to addons@kayenworks.com. If it has a web page or an ad link, include them too. Everything must be suitable for all ages. We’ll test it and get back to you within a few days.
